Symptom

The AI Coach does not respond, times out, says a limit was reached, or gives an answer that does not match the page.

Fix steps

  1. Refresh the page and try again.
  2. Keep the prompt short and specific.
  3. Name the page section you are working on, such as Skills, Activities, or Match Analysis.
  4. If the message says a usage limit was reached, wait until the reset time shown by RoleSage.
  5. If the answer is wrong, correct the underlying profile or application data before asking again.

The AI Coach is contextual, but it is not a replacement for checking saved profile data. It works best when your profile, skills, activities, and application fields are up to date.
