Can't sign in
Symptom
You cannot sign in, the sign-in page loops, or RoleSage opens the wrong account.
Fix steps
- Confirm you are using the same email address you used for RoleSage.
- Try a private browser window.
- Allow cookies for RoleSage and the sign-in provider.
- Disable browser extensions that block sign-in popups or cookies, then try again.
- If your employer invited you, use the email address that received the invitation.
- If you use a passwordless or social sign-in method, use the same method you used when you created the account.
