Can't sign in

Symptom

You cannot sign in, the sign-in page loops, or RoleSage opens the wrong account.

Fix steps

  1. Confirm you are using the same email address you used for RoleSage.
  2. Try a private browser window.
  3. Allow cookies for RoleSage and the sign-in provider.
  4. Disable browser extensions that block sign-in popups or cookies, then try again.
  5. If your employer invited you, use the email address that received the invitation.
  6. If you use a passwordless or social sign-in method, use the same method you used when you created the account.
