Colleague cannot see an opening

Symptom

A colleague can sign in but cannot see a role, opening, applicant list, or hiring workflow they expected.

Checks

  1. Confirm they are signed into the correct RoleSage account.
  2. Confirm they accepted the employer invitation.
  3. Check their access group membership.
  4. Check whether the opening belongs to a team or employer area they can access.
  5. Check whether their permissions include roles, openings, applications, interviews, or billing as needed.
  6. Ask them to refresh the page or sign out and back in after access changes.

Common causes

  • The user is in the wrong employer account.
  • The invitation was sent to a different email address.
  • The user has team access but not opening or applicant access.
  • The opening is in a status or team area outside their permissions.

An employer admin should contact support@rolesage.com with the teammate email address and opening name.
