Colleague cannot see an opening
Symptom
A colleague can sign in but cannot see a role, opening, applicant list, or hiring workflow they expected.
Checks
- Confirm they are signed into the correct RoleSage account.
- Confirm they accepted the employer invitation.
- Check their access group membership.
- Check whether the opening belongs to a team or employer area they can access.
- Check whether their permissions include roles, openings, applications, interviews, or billing as needed.
- Ask them to refresh the page or sign out and back in after access changes.
Common causes
- The user is in the wrong employer account.
- The invitation was sent to a different email address.
- The user has team access but not opening or applicant access.
- The opening is in a status or team area outside their permissions.
