What RoleSage is and how this help site is organised

RoleSage is an AI-supported hiring workspace for candidates and hirers.

Candidates use RoleSage to turn a resume into a structured Dynamic Profile, add evidence through skills and activities, tailor applications, and understand match bands. Hirers use RoleSage to define Roles, open Role Openings, review applicants with evidence, manage interviews, and close hiring loops respectfully.

Which section to use​

  • Use For candidates if you are building a profile, uploading a resume, applying for roles, sharing your profile, or using the AI Coach as a candidate.
  • Use For hirers if you are creating Roles, managing Role Openings, reviewing applicants, working with teams, or managing access groups.
  • Use Account & sign-in for login, email, billing, AI usage limits, privacy, export, and deletion questions.
  • Use Known issues for current public workarounds.

Use the search box on the help homepage when you know the symptom, such as "resume upload", "cannot sign in", or "match band". Use the section navigation when you know the workflow but not the article title.
