Supported browsers and devices

RoleSage is a web app. It works best in a current desktop browser.

First checks

  1. Use the latest stable version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Open RoleSage in a private or incognito window.
  4. Turn off browser extensions that change pages, block scripts, or block cookies.
  5. If you are on mobile, try the same action on a laptop or desktop browser.

If sign-in loops

  1. Confirm your browser allows cookies for RoleSage and the sign-in provider.
  2. Clear site data for RoleSage.
  3. Close all RoleSage tabs.
  4. Open RoleSage again and sign in.

You should now land on your dashboard or onboarding page. If you still loop back to sign-in, see Can't sign in.
