Not receiving RoleSage emails
Symptom
You expected a RoleSage email but it did not arrive.
Checks
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check spam, junk, quarantine, and promotions folders.
- Search your mailbox for "RoleSage".
- Confirm the email address is spelled correctly.
- If this is an employer invitation, ask the inviter to confirm the address they used.
- Ask your IT team to allow RoleSage email if corporate filtering is blocking it.
If you can request another email
Use the resend option on the page where you requested the email. Avoid repeatedly requesting emails in a short period, because some mail systems delay or suppress duplicates.
