Changing email or account details
What you can update
Account settings may let you update profile details such as your name, contact information, preferences, and sign-in details. Available fields depend on your account type and sign-in provider.
Before changing email
- Make sure you can access the new email inbox.
- Check whether your employer invitation or access group is tied to the existing email.
- Finish any in-progress application or hiring workflow before switching accounts or sign-in methods.
After changing email
- Sign out and sign back in if RoleSage asks you to refresh your session.
- Check that your profile, applications, roles, and employer access are still visible.
- If anything is missing, contact support before creating a second account.
Avoid duplicate accounts
If you cannot see your existing information after changing email or sign-in method, stop and contact support@rolesage.com. Creating another account can make support slower.
