Changing email or account details

What you can update

Account settings may let you update profile details such as your name, contact information, preferences, and sign-in details. Available fields depend on your account type and sign-in provider.

Before changing email

  1. Make sure you can access the new email inbox.
  2. Check whether your employer invitation or access group is tied to the existing email.
  3. Finish any in-progress application or hiring workflow before switching accounts or sign-in methods.

After changing email

  1. Sign out and sign back in if RoleSage asks you to refresh your session.
  2. Check that your profile, applications, roles, and employer access are still visible.
  3. If anything is missing, contact support before creating a second account.

Avoid duplicate accounts

If you cannot see your existing information after changing email or sign-in method, stop and contact support@rolesage.com. Creating another account can make support slower.
