Exporting or deleting data
What to do
If you need to export or delete account data, contact support@rolesage.com from the email address connected to your RoleSage account.
Include:
- your account email address;
- whether you are a candidate, hirer, or employer admin;
- whether you are asking for export, deletion, or another privacy request;
- any employer or role context that helps identify the data.
Candidate data
Candidate profiles, resumes, applications, preferences, and related hiring information can be sensitive. RoleSage may need to verify your identity before acting on a data request.
Employer data
If the request relates to employer-managed hiring data, an employer admin may need to confirm the request or provide additional context.
Do not send
Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full resumes, or sensitive third-party information unless support specifically asks for a secure transfer method.
