Resume parsed incorrectly

Symptom​

RoleSage created your Dynamic Profile, but some skills, dates, employers, education entries, or activities are wrong.

Why it happens​

Resume import is a draft. The importer converts a document into structured profile sections, but unusual layouts, tables, multi-column resumes, acronyms, and short role descriptions can leave gaps or wrong guesses.

Fix steps​

  1. Open Summary and correct the narrative first.
  2. Open Experience and fix employer names, role titles, start dates, and end dates.
  3. Open Skills and edit proficiency, years, and any wrong skill matches.
  4. Open Activities and keep the strongest real examples. Add STAR details where needed.
  5. Open Education and correct qualifications or certifications.
  6. Return to the dashboard. You should see Profile Strength and application guidance reflect the updated profile.

If imported items are waiting for review​

Select Review from the dashboard import review alert. Approve items that belong in your profile, edit items that are partly right, and discard items that are not useful.
