Screening question answers are not saving

Symptom

You typed answers to screening questions, but they disappeared or did not save.

Fix steps

  1. Keep the application tab open until the save indicator finishes.
  2. Refresh the application page.
  3. Reopen Hirer Questions and confirm whether the answer is present.
  4. If it is missing, re-enter the answer and wait for the save indicator again.
  5. Submit the application only after the answers show correctly.

Before submission

Treat answers as editable until you submit. Once submitted, the hirer can review the saved answers as part of the application evidence.

Contact support with the application title, the question label, and whether the save indicator changed before the answer disappeared.
