Team introduction videos on job openings

Some public job openings include an optional Meet the team video beside About This Role. The employer supplies the video to give you more context about the manager, team, or working environment.

You do not need to watch it to apply. The written opening should contain the information needed to understand the role, and the team video is not used to score, rank, or assess you.

Play the video​

  1. Select the Meet the team preview.
  2. The YouTube or Loom player opens in a RoleSage dialog.
  3. Use the player's caption control if captions are not already visible.
  4. Close the dialog with its close control or the Escape key.

RoleSage waits until you choose to play before loading the third-party player. Once you play the video or open it on the provider, YouTube or Loom processes the request under its own privacy terms.

If playback fails​

  • Use Open on YouTube or Open on Loom in the video dialog.
  • Check whether your browser, network, or workplace filtering blocks the provider.
  • Try a supported current browser and disable strict content blocking for the page temporarily if your policy allows it.
  • Continue with the written job advertisement if the video is private, removed, or unavailable.

The hiring team can replace or remove its introduction without changing the opening. If the video contains inappropriate, inaccurate, or private information, contact the hiring team or support@rolesage.com with the opening name and a description of the concern. Do not send a copy of the video by email.
