Applicant dashboard filtering
Symptom
The applicant dashboard does not show the candidates you expected to see.
Checks
- Clear search text and filters.
- Check the selected opening.
- Check application stage filters such as screening, shortlisting, interview, offer, rejected, or withdrawn.
- Check match band filters.
- Check whether you are viewing live applications, interviews, or the talent pool.
- Refresh the page after changing filters if the list looks stale.
Why candidates may be hidden
Candidates may be filtered out because:
- they are in a different application status;
- their match band is below the current filter;
- they belong to a different opening;
- they are in the talent pool rather than a live opening;
- your employer access group does not include the opening.
Still missing?
Ask an employer admin to confirm that you have access to the opening and applicant data you are trying to review.
