Talent pool candidate missing or duplicated

Symptom

A candidate you expected in the talent pool is missing, or the same person appears more than once.

Checks

  1. Confirm that you are viewing the right employer and filters.
  2. Clear search text and stage filters.
  3. Check whether the candidate is still attached to an active opening instead of the talent pool.
  4. Check whether the candidate used a different email address or profile.
  5. Review whether the opening closure flow has finished.

Why duplicates can appear

Duplicates are usually caused by separate candidate accounts, imported history that looks similar but is not identical, or records from different openings. Keep notes on the entry you use for hiring decisions so your team has a clear history.
